Description
Generator of cold water to cool properly tubs maturation and plates of cooling.
It also serves to be coupled to systems of flash pasteurization of milk.
The system consists of a compressor of cold connected to an evaporator airtight formed by plates of stainless steel of high performance where one of the two centrifugal pumps of high power with which the system circulates the mixture cooling ( mixture glycol + water) contained in the tank through these plates.
A second centrifugal pump circulates the coolant through the equipment to cool.
The coolant temperature can be regulated from the control panel in a range of a few degrees below 0 ºC to 10 ºC.
The tank of the liquid refrigerant, body, valves, and connections are made in stainless steel AISI 304.
The central board of control allows you to control all functions and in addition it contains a system for the detection of electrical faults or of the refrigeration circuit.
